When you making a booking with Bisque, you agree to Bisque Terms and Conditions of Service.

 

Bisque disclaims and excludes all liability for any claim, loss, demand or damages of any kind whatsoever (including for negligence) arising out of or in connection with the use of either this website or the information, content or materials included on this site or on any website we link to.

Bisque uses ‘buttons’ that link to specific social media platforms. These ‘buttons’ enable visitors to share pages from our website to their social media pages.

We do not own these social media channels and encourage you to read their privacy policy and conditions of use. Please protect your personal information and others.

Adding link sharing of our pages to social media platforms does not imply we endorse these sites or that there is any obligation for you to share to platforms you belong to or have not already joined.

At Bisque, we aim to uphold the purpose of the Privacy Act 2020. That is, to promote and to protect your rights to the privacy of your personal information. ​

In order to provide you with the services we offer, we will collect personal information from you. That information helps us to provide you with the high calibre of customer service you should expect from Bisque, including our flagship Bisque Workshop experience. Where you have provided permission, we may also use your personal information to send you information about our upcoming offers and events.

• interactions with us

• billing or purchase information

 

​Besides our staff, we may share this information with our online payment vendor, Stripe, in order to provide our secure online payment option for your convenience.

We keep your information for two years after our last contact with you, at which point we destroy the record of information we hold about you.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
